Anima Negra AN/2 is the blend of the most important varieties of the island of Mallorca, in 65% Callet, 20% Fogoneu Mantonegre and 15% Syrah. Vintage in small boxes of 10 kg, with manual selection of the grapes arrive at the winery. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks 7,000 and 10,000 liters, a temperature of about 28°C. Macerate for about 17 days on average. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 17 months in oak barrels, 70% French and 30% American, 35% in new barrels and 65% with a maximum of three wines. Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
