The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon color is bright brick red around the hues intensifying to an almost black centre. The nose shows big blackcurrant, ripe cherries and mint characteristics all well integrated after 2 years maturation in American oak barriques. The palate has a big dark chocolate flavor. Its cedary and shows a touch of leather behind full and rich overtones. The wine is well balanced and has a good concentration of generous tannins.
