Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Series Black Label Claret 2012
Save $6.00 (27%)
Our signature red wine, layered with flavors of blackberry, cassis and roasted espresso. Our prize offering, the ultra premium Claret, sports a label that honors the first Cabernet Sauvignon blended in a Bordeaux style by Gustave Niebaum in 1910. Claret is a term originally coined by the British to describe Cabernet-based wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise. Borrowing tradition of European wineries, we add gold netting to bottle to signify outstanding quality of wine.

Hess Allomi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2013When much of Napa sees the summer fog, our Allomi Vineyard is often on the flip side, enjoying a bit of heat, which is just the thing for Cabernet Sauvignon. Pope Valley is less well known than some notable Napa locations but the combination of steady heat and well drained clay loam soils allows fruit to ripen every, gaining welcomed complexity and layers of flavors. Full bodied, with classic Cabernet red fruit flavors set off by aromas and flavors of currant and blackberry, our Allomi Cab is noted for moderate, well-integrated tannins showing a round, plush youthful. Distinct notes of vanilla and oak spice from aging in American oak add to the personality of the wine, surely one of our most popular Napa offerings. Earthy flavors enhance the fruit flavors in this wine, especially with foods such as herb roasted chicken, grilled pork, caramelized eggplant, sautéed greens, roasted potatoes or vegetables and aged Jack and Gouda cheese.
Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon 2014What can we say about our delicious 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon? Educated Guess fills all the requirements that a serious cabernet lover is looking for while remaining fun, approachable, and food-friendly!

Louis M Martini Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2014Our Louis M. Martini 2014 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon wine reflects the best of the warm, narrow Dry Creek Valley and the hot yet wind-cooled Alexander Valley. Together, these unique features create a rich, superbly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with copious yet supple tannins. Those tannins make the young wine approachable but will still give it enough texture to age gracefully. This vintage had a long, calm growing season, helping create elevated and concentrated flavors that include wild berries, plum, licorice and mocha. The full-bodied and mouth-coating feel on the palate leads to a long, graceful finish with tones of intense fruit, dried herbs and cedar inside firm structure. Pairings: Grilled pizza, hand made fresh mozzarella and peperonata, three seasonal bruschetta.
Sonoma Cutrer Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2013Fruit aromas of Golden Delicious apple, Bosc pear and white peach are accented with oak spice, a hint of vanilla, toasted nuts, a light floral note and a touch of butterscotch. This wine has the signature Sonoma-Cutrer balance between elegance and richness for a medium-bodied, mouth-filling wine. The creamy richness is balanced with a bright acidity and highlighted with flavors of apple, pear and lemon zest. There is a long finish highlighted with notes of toasted almonds and barrel spice.
Angeline Pinot Noir 2014This wine is no exception to our dedication in over-delivering quality in every wine we bottle. Our Pinot Noir is a wealth of aromas such as fresh cranberries, maraschino cherries, and orange zest. The palate is round and juicy with lively acidity, and a touch of sweet, toasty oak on the finish.

This is a medium-bodied wine with the elegance and finesse to stand on its own, yet the weight and texture to be paired with light grilled fare and main course salads.
